Orders normally require 2–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
When is shipping free, and are taxes extra?
Standard shipping is free when your discounted merchandise subtotal is more than US$30. For US$30 or less, shipping is displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and import charges are included in the price or paid by us, with no additional payment beyond the checkout total.
How can I obtain my tracking number?
After dispatch, email tyrockey_1609@outlook.com with your order number and checkout email address. We will provide available tracking details.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return shipping is free, and no restocking fee applies. Refunds generally appear on the original payment method 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment-provider processing and mandatory deadlines.
